Emphasize a focus on understanding and appreciating architecture, fostering creativity, and building a community that is not necessarily linked to UCC, but also connected to communities around us among members interested in design and construction.
The UCC Architecture Society is an exciting community of young architects and designers dedicated to fostering a passion for architecture and design among students at Upper Canada College. Rebranded to reinvigorate the former Art & Architecture Club, the society has quickly transformed into a dynamic hub for creative exploration and professional development. Our mission is to provide a clear vision and purpose for our members, allowing them to delve into the world of architecture with confidence and excitement. Through engaging workshops, collaborative projects, and expert-led seminars, the society equips students with essential skills and knowledge in the field. We are proud of our unique identity, symbolized by our newly designed logo, which reflects our commitment to innovation and creativity. Our members gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as SketchUp and soon, ArchiCAD, preparing them for future academic and professional pursuits in architecture and related fields.
